Subscriptions cancellations may be requested any time before the next billing cycle begins. Subscription billing cycles run from month to month, beginning on the initial order date to the same day of the next month and so on until cancelled.  Cancelled subscriptions will expire on the last day of the billing cycle.  Refunds and prorated refunds on subscriptions are not available under any circumstances for billing cycles that have already begun. For this reason, if you need to modify or cancel your subscription, we strongly recommend you do so with as much time as possible before the renewal date. Refunds may take up to ten business days to be reflected by the the credit card issuer.
